Should i tell her that i like her?(im a girl)?

im a bi girl and i didnt came out yet. however i dont mind being in a relationship with a gir so here is my story :D there is that one girl i met online who the only one who knows a bout my sexuality and thats because she's bi too. anyways we became friends and after i got to know her i started to like her she's amazing and we have alot in commen, for me she's like the person that i would give my heart to. but there is a problem. she dont live in the same country im living in and im afraid to tell her to be my girl friend just because maybe she's not gonna like the idea of being in a relationship with someone u cant see in personal, but i asked her once if we were living in the same country would she be my girlfriend and she said absolutley yes. but i dont know what her answer would be if i asked her now.. i just want your opinion.. should i tell her about my feelings? or just for get a bout it?
