How to get a girl to notice you?

A gir I like (which she likes me too but were not dating) is starting to like to talk to another guy and I can't get her attention now... He's tAller than me... Funnier... Smarter... But I'm more sweet and strong. But he still has a lot More things than me and I don't feel like listing them all. Me and this girl have dated in the past but she seems to find the other guy more interesting. I have tried alot of things I have strained everything for this girl... I really want her. But the other guy tries to steal her from me. Please help. I want her to notice me again... I want to love her... I want to hold her again... I hope to god you guys help...
