I am having female issues!?

i am a 13 year old gir (14 in july) and i've had normal periods for the past.. about 2 years. its was likey usually heavyer one day and the rest pretty average. well since friday morning i woke up and i've been having the pad almost entirely soaked and the periods have been really heavy. and i just took a shower and when i put in a new pad i just felt all hot&wet down there and not fresh like normal. plz help!!! cause i'm freaking out!!
