Problems at school...please help?

ok it might sound like im a p*ssy but im not! when i was in 8th grade my 2 best friends(nathan and jeffrey) got mad at me. Me and jeffrey were good at sports and stuff so we had fun and nathan sucked. Well anyways they got mad at me and turned every guy in the school against me. Now im in 10th grade and i have study hall with both of them. All they do is bully me in there! they take my bags and books! and today nathan went 2 far and nearly broke my arm! i was holding on 2 my soccer bag and he grabbed it and pulled and banged my arm up against his chair and it cracked and now its swollen. I am a good student so i will not fight him and get expelled. Plus all 3 of us are on the same soccer team and if we get in trouble in school coach wont let us hear the end of it! i eat lunch with them because i liked jeffreys girlfriend b4 they started goin out and as always he had 2 go for the gir i wanted. The reason i still sit there is because i have made real good friends with some people at that table. What do i do?
