Ubaldo Jimenez for Brandon Beachy trade?

I was offered Ubaldo Jimenez for Brandon Beachy. I don't know much about Beachy and his stuff. I know that Ubaldo had been struggling with his velocity and command this year. Should I jump all over this trade or not?
